Miniature Pancakes with Berries and Whipped Cream.

These thick clay pancakes are on a 3/4" ceramic plate and stand at ~ 3/4" tall. The pancakes are filled with whipped cream and red berries and garnished with berries, a mint leaf, and chocolate twist. This dish would be a sumptuous breakfast or a fresh dessert.
