General Shipping and Return Information

Shipping can be added to your order automatically. You must select automatic shipping to have this apply.

You can also select custom shipping quote and we will calculate shipping costs ourselves rather than through an automatic system. If the custom shipping quote is less than $15 it will automatically be applied to your order. If a custom shipping quote comes to more than $15 we will contact you to accept the shipping fee before shipping the product.

FREE SHIPPING in Canada and US on orders of $100 or more, excludes all Dollhouses and Doll House Kits. This free shipping offer is by expedited Canada Post in Canada, or USPS in USA, and includes insurance, but does not guarantee any delivery times. Any alternate and faster shipping method will incur a surcharge. This offer does not include remote territories like Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and some other very remote areas in Canada and USA, we will advise you if you do not qualify before applying any charges.

For our Canadian customers, our preferred service is Canada Post expedited service. The items destined for Canada including Doll Houses and Doll House Kits are packed here in our Toronto store and are shipped everyday to make it to you within a day or two if you are in major cities in Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba, about 3-8 days if you are in rural areas in these provinces and major cities in British Columbia (BC), Alberta, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and elsewhere in Canada. if you are in far away and remote places the shipping can take up to 12 days.

For our American and International Customers, we use our own driver to take the packages to Buffalo. We pre-clear your orders through Canada Customs, and then send them by USPS from the Buffalo Post Office, or we can use any other domestic US courier if you so request. This keeps your shipping cost to a minimum if any.

Your purchase is fully insured and guaranteed against breakage, in the rare event that there is some damage, we ask that the damaged packaging is kept and the damage reported promptly. Unless you choose to waive insurance.

Please be advised that we have a $35 dollar minimum order to justify packing and all the paperwork involved in order to ship your merchandise, if your order is under that level and you would still like us to fill it - we will charge you the difference between your order and $35 as a handling fee. There is no handling fees for orders of $35 dollars or more.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac when shopping in store, as well as cash.

On-line we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, but it is not necessary to enter your credit card number if you are not comfortable, just check off the money order button, and then you can phone it in during our business hours and we can process it that way. Note that we don't accept online debit, cheque(check), or prepaid credit cards.

We can accept cheques, but the order will not ship until the cheque has been cleared into our bank.

EASY EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS, save your receipt.

We understand that pictures can never be a substitute for seeing the item in real life, and we want you to be happy. So if you have ordered something online that is not to your expectations please let us know as soon as possible. Simply call us for a return authorization, ship it back to us within 60 days and we will be happy to help you choose a replacement or issue you a refund ( applicable online only ) according to conditions below. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise.

We charge a 20% restocking fee in cases of returns for refund, but there are no restocking fees if you choose to exchange or accept a store credit. There are no exchanges or refunds on Dollhouse Kits, sale merchandise, and all special orders. We reiterate that the items will only be accepted in original packaging and unopened.

In case the items returned were shipped to you under our FREE SHIPPING offer, we will deduct the cost of shipping we incurred originally, and you are also responsible for return shipping fees.

We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

Please be advised that in our physical store in Toronto, since you get to see the original items you are picking out, we offer only credit or exchange options.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, both on our website and in our store. We also reserve the right to change prices on items ordered if the prices have changed for that item. We will do our best to keep online prices current, but in the event of a change in price, we will contact you and let you decide if you want to proceed with your order. We will do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of our web site and product descriptions, but we reserve the right to have occasional errors and omissions in our web site and on the items available.
