Miniature Cut Black Pudding by Charlotte Willmott

Black pudding, also known as blood pudding, is a distinct regional type of blood sausage originating in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It is made from pork blood, with pork fat or beef suet, and a cereal, usually oatmeal, oat groats or barley groats.

This full scale miniature black pudding is cut and tied by butcher's string. This 1/12th sausage is handcrafted by UK dollhouse miniaturist Charlotte Willmott of Mouse House and measures ~ 3/4" long x 1/4" wide with a 1/2" long string loop.
