Miniature Pink Toile Vintage French Couch by Judith Blondell

This full scale miniature vintage French couch has regal flourishes with engraving on the back headrest and front apron. This couch was built and upholstered by Judith Blondell. It is a full scale piece that measures 3-3/8" tall x 3-3/4" wide x 1-5/8" deep. The couch's frame is painted to look slightly aged in a shabby chic style but still regal by use of metallic gold tones. The upholstery is done in a lovely pink toile featuring a countryside scene with a bonneted woman, old buildings, and floral accents trimmed in white braid.

Judith Blondell is a Canadian artisan whose been in the industry 20+ years. Her work is always intricate and she pays special attention to the details. If you like her work but don't quite like the pieces available she is willing to custom create something just for you.
