Miniature Fancy Black Hat with Feathers and Tulle

This very dramatic miniature wide brim hat has a heavy felt base made invisible under folds of black tulle and covered underneath by soft white lace. The front of the hat features a tall array of fluffy black feathers pinned under a shiny grey bead. On one side of the hat there is a bundle of 5 lace flowers with rhinestone centres. This full scale miniature hat is both dramatic and and elegant.

This miniature hat is full scale and measures ~ 2" in diameter x 1-3/4" tall.
