This top hat is handcrafted by Judith Blondell of real black leather and silk lined inside. The full scale top hat features a curled up brim and measures ~ 1-3/8" deep x 1-1/8" wide x 3/4" tall. The top hat fits a head 3/4" around or smaller. This is the perfect miniature accessory for a proper Victorian gentleman or costume trunk.
