Blonde Toddler in Lace Dress and Bonnet by Cindy's Dolls

This charming blonde toddler is dressed to impress in her lace dress and bonnet. She is certainly adorable with her in Mary Janes, and tight little ribbon tied in a bow just under her chin. Her hand-painted face is very sweet.
