This is the Laser Cut Penny Lane. Designed by Mark of Majestic Mansions and converted into a laser cut assembly for added ease of assembly.
The House measures 19.5x19.5x 30 inches, ceiling height is 10 inches, comes with (1) interior staircase, 6 windows, (2) interior doors and (1) exterior door. House also includes all gables, porch trim, and base skirts to complete house as pictured.
Shingles not included, requires 2 bags of Laser Design shingles
