It comes with milled siding, cut from 1/4" Baltic birch, 4 interior working doors, 18 single Palladian with keystone windows (non working), 2 tri-Palladian windows with keystone (non working), tower cap, porch post, porch spandrels, detailed sub-floor skirt, 2 staircases with landing rails, spindles, and newel post, 3 fireplaces & chimney stack with rock milled facing walls, functioning main door and three roof crests. House 43W x 17.5D inches Height 48 inches Ceiling height 9 5/8 inches Shingles NOT INCLUDED, required 7 bags of our asphalt or Cedar shingles to cover the house Kit comes unassembled, (Assembly required by adult or with adult supervision), and unpainted.
