The new Park Ave Grand Mansion is 14" w x 10" d x 15" h and comes with 8 rooms. One each floor you may choose to leave out the staircase divide wall and staircase to increase space. Kit includes 5 working interior doors, detailed sidewalk with lower steps to basement, working main doors, detailed staircases, 10 windows, detailed brick exterior walls, fencing, stone pillars, and roofing with corbels
