Half Scale Stephanie Country Mansion Laser Cut Kit is a great design with a side glass enclosed patio. House has 9 rooms and measures 24"W x 12"D x 23"H. This is a large half scale kit. Ceiling height just over 5" Kit comes with everything needed to assemble as in the picture to include, Window frames, Plexiglas window inserts, detailed functioning doors, detailed skirt, functioning picket fence.
