Dormer Window Unit w/45 Degrees Pitch for Dollhouse Scale Models

Real Good Toys milled plywood 45 Degree Dormer Shell kit is the perfect way to customize many dollhouses, but this works perfectly with any 45 degree angled roof. The dormer shell kit is made of cabinet grade 5.5mm Milapi Plywood (blond Mahogany) with the siding milled right in. This kit fits a 45 degree roof and covers 8 7/8" of roof to the dormer's peak. The overall dimensions are 4 3/8"W x 6 1/4" Tall x 7"D (at the peak). The window rough opening size is 2 9/16"W x 2 15/16"H and the window is included. Shingles are available to purhchase separately. Assembly instructions included as well as a template to cut the opening in your roof.
