The quarter scale Summer Style Beach house features a front porch and a large second floor sun deck. The interior is designed for 6 rooms: kitchen or front hall, dining room, living room, bedroom, bath, and child’s room.

The house is precision laser cut from maple hardwood and basswood clapboard siding, and the shingles are textured. The house is landscaped with grass, shrubs, and flowering window boxes. The inside is decorated with wood floors, wallpapered walls, baseboard and cove moldings. There are even curtains and drapes at the windows. The windows, doors and railings are laser cut from maple hardwood.
