Step back to a time of elegance with this one-of-a-kind Italianate style mansion in 1:12 scale that was entirely custom made in-house. This exclusive piece of art opens on all four sides to reveal twenty spectacular rooms. It features a Juliette-style balcony in the front and a large terrace at the back of the house.

This masterpiece is completely handmade. It took three years to finish the inlaid hardwood floors, paneled walls, coffered ceilings, and spiral staircase. The house is fully wired and adorned with working Swarovski crystal chandeliers. The window sashes open and feature real stained glass, including the skylight, custom made by our glass specialist.

The dimensions are approximately 51" by 38" (can be split into two sections of 18" wide and 20" wide by 56" tall (for getting through doorways). You can purchase this model and start furnishing it right away. Our price includes delivery in Canada and Continental U.S.

For those who are looking for a challenge, you can purchase materials at our store to replicate this masterpiece. Most of the materials used in this build - including the cedar shakes, copper flashing, sculpted moulding and parquet floors - are sold at our store.
