This custom built beauty is based on the Greenleaf Laurel dollhouse if it had a lanai addition. This open back house has three floors with 5 spacious rooms. A large wrap around covered porch completes the traditional detail on the house and the addition boasts a rooftop patio that can accessed from the second floor.

This a fully assembled and finished dollhouse that measures ~ 35-1/4" Wide x 25-1/8" Tall x 16" deep. This house features 4 windows and 3 functioning doors, one set of which are French double doors. The front door has a window and the exterior of the house has been finished in mint with white trim and porch details. The house also features black shingles.

The charming interior features walls painted in bright pastels with matching wallpapers with floors down in vinyl faux wood and tile. This home is move in ready and perfect for the miniaturist who loves to pick furniture and play.
