This assembled cottage two large rooms with the bottom room measuring 14"D x 14.5"W and a ceiling height of 9.75". The 2nd floor is 18.75"D x 14.5"W and features a floral wallpapered accent wall. Both levels have finished wood floors connected by a spiral staircase.

The house includes comes with working fence, 3 non-working single windows, one non-working double window, functioning main entry door with a screen door, detailed base skirt, 4 post covered porch with railing and running trim, gable, Lancaster staircase w/ landing rails, and roof crest.
