This stately 10 room and 3 floors assembled mansion is a dream for any miniature collector or hobbyist. This is assembled and built NewHaven Kit. Classic features of this dollhouse include: movable room dividers, wooden shingles for the roof, windows, doors, detailed staircases with banisters and landing rail, raised panel door, roof cresting, shaped solid wood moldings and the mansard roof. All the railngs, staircases interior window and door trims are included and are shipped separately, painted white and ready to install once you do the rest of the interior decorating.
