It is a fantastic price for the amount of house that you get to enjoy. The generous width and moveable partitions lets you make comfortable sized rooms on both floors plus a full-sized attic. A house of this width also lets more than one person enjoy it at a time without being under each other's elbows (something that can cut down on conflicts when the wee ones play).

The full width front porch adds the perfect location for a swing or for porch furniture, set off by the railing and the decorative, laser-cut brackets on the porch posts. Mind you, wee birds like to nest in those brackets, but they sing nicely to you.

The pre-cut shell of the house simply glues together and the BC cedar siding, square cut cedar shakes, pre-assembled windows, stair kit and porch posts are all supplied. The door is framed and hinged! Just glue on the doorknob that also comes in your kit.
