Brentwood Dollhouse Kit

This house is a collaboration with Kristine Hanna from Paper Doll Miniatures to bring you this dollhouse kit!

The Brentwood’s transitional style means it blends both traditional and contemporary elements. The extra-large windows are portioned into traditional panes, and the arches make a statement from the exterior portico through to the interior doorways. Parts are made of smooth 3/8” MDF, making the house sturdy and easy to finish. Wall and floor guides make assembly intuitive; detailed instructions are included.

Unique features of this unfinished kit include:
8+ possible room combinations, including a walk-in closet with double doors (optional)
10"H ceilings on lower floors provide maximum visibility (and make it easier to take photos!)
Full-size attic rooms with 9” ceilings
Back is open; side access panel provides additional access
Custom windows allow for lots of natural light
Custom modern staircases with contemporary railings
Custom doors, including a double front door (with optional included portico and steps) and two panel interior doors

“The Brentwood dollhouse is inspired by the transitional homes of the Southeastern USA. I was particularly drawn to the neighborhoods within Brentwood, TN, with their all-brick exteriors and multi-pane windows.
