Half Scale Lisa San Francisco Painted Lady Laser Cut Kit

Please review assembly instructions prior to ordering as it will answer many questions. This 1:24 scale kit comes without paint, made from birch plywood, little to no sanding required. Kit available with French doors or garage. option in kit, you get to choose which in your build. Lisa Painted Lady San Francisco, This was a project I credit to a customer whom I named it after. Kit comes with 12 rooms. Kit is open on two sides with lots of room for decorating. Kits comes with assembled interior doors that function, decorative windows with Plexiglas, assembled main door with functioning main door and storm door, assembled stairs and post, door and window toppers. Once assembled it measures 12 wide, 28 deep and 18 tall inches. Assembled windows will have Plexiglas with plastic covering to protect from scratches and paint. Remove plastic after painting.
