Assembled 144th Inch Scale Colonial Dollhouse with Grounds

This 144th inch scale Colonial dollhouse can be used as a dollhouse for your 1 inch scale dollhouse or room box. The house is precision laser cut from maple hardwood and basswood clapboard siding, and the shingles are textured. The house sits on a a beautiful landscaped base with grass, stones, gazebo, and a koi pond. The inside is decorated with wood floors, wallpapered walls, baseboard and cove moldings and is completely furnished. There are even curtains and drapes at the windows. The windows, doors and railings are also laser cut from maple hardwood. This piece was acquired from an estate.
