This 144th inch scale Tudor Dollhouse can be used as a dollhouse for your 1 inch scale dollhouse or room box. The house is precision laser cut from maple hardwood, and the shingles are textured. The house is landscaped with grass, shrubs, and flowering window boxes. The inside is decorated with wood floors, wallpapered walls, baseboard and cove moldings. There are even curtains and drapes at the windows. The windows, doors and railings are laser cut from maple hardwood.

Dimensions of base are 3-1/2" x 2-1/4" and house is 2-7/8" tall.
