The Simplicity is a unique dollhouse kit. It is very simple and is totally customizable. You start with your basic house and then you choose your options. Each option is built specifically for this house. You can have a wraparound porch with gazebo, or a straight gingerbread porch, or a portico porch that makes this house look like something out of Gone with the Wind.
