This one-inch scale dollhouse kit features precision workmanship with engineered parts that are precut for easier assembly, sturdy construction featuring 3/8" thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assemby, guaranteed fit and durability, and wooden shingles for the roof.
Fences and furnishings are made from pine moldings that are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
