Regency Mrs. Philips by Jane Templeman

Mrs Philips, of Pride and Prejudice fame, is dressed in the Regency style. She has fine cotton lawn under garments trimmed with 100% cotton lace and silk bows. She has a striking orange silk dress trimmed with green and purple silk bows. She also carries a fan.
