Miniature Handmade Clown Figurine for Dollhouses

A miniature 1/12 scale clown figurine. This figure has a blue cone hat, red hair and clown face and is wearing a white suite with a neck ruffle and big yellow shoes. He's standing and filling up a bunch of helium balloons. He is handmade.
