Half-Scale Clarkson Craftsman Cottage Laser Cut Dollhouse Kit

The Half Scale Clarkson Craftsman Cottage is a charming modern starter home. The home features two large rooms on the main floor and two extended window dormers and a cozy room or bathroom behind French doors. The house measures outside at 15"wide x 10" deep x 12 high. The kits includes two double windows, three single windows, two single pane windows. There are three working doors, the entry and two interior, and one French door set. The staircase comes with a newel post and landing. Shingles are not included.
