Assembled Full Scale House On The Hill Laser Cut Dollhouse Kit

This House On the Hill is a back-opening dollhouse with two front opening panels on the octagonal towers. This 1/12th scale Victorian house has nine rooms over four floors, 3 covered balconies, and a raised covered porch with stairs. This finished assembled house has beige milled siding and square green asphalt shingles and a speckled pink faux granite foundation. The house has four exteriors including a French door on the second storey balcony all finished in a nutmeg coloured reddish stain and 13 non-functioning windows with white trim. The house has detailed laser cut balcony railings with morning sun corner brackets at the upper corners and extra ornamentation at the gables including a rooster-shaped weathervane that are also finished in the same stain as the doors and balcony trims.

The interior of the house has stained hardwood floors and white painted walls. The house includes two staircases with white painted treads, gingerbread cut balusters, and turned newel posts that contrast with the risers and handrails finished in a nutmeg-coloured stain that match the floors.

This beautiful dollhouse is move-in ready with spacious rooms to decorate and charming Victorian flair. The house is made from 1/4" cabinet grade B/BB Baltic birch with milled and measures 30" wide x 21"deep and 53" tall.
