Kit includes laser cut base, wood floors, walls, and roof pieces. Pre-cut siding, cedar shakes, chimney, and shingles. Exterior trim includes window trims, shutters, window boxes, doors, and corner trims. Interior trim includes baseboards, cove moldings, wallpaper, and trims for floor and wall edges. Other materials include felt for bottom of base, wainscoting, fireplace, and plexiglas window pieces. Landscaping materials include grass, bushes, window box foliage, flowers, sand and gravel. Dimensions of base are 8-1/2" wide x 7-1/2" deep and house is 6-1/2" tall. Materials and tools needed, paint, stain, glue, craft knife, brushes, ruler, tape, and scissors.
