The Montclair is a unique dollhouse kit. It is very simple and is totally customizable. You start with your basic house and then you choose your options. Each option is built specifically for this house.

The kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Montclair, you will need approx. 1650 shingles. (3/4 shingle x 3/4 reveal)
