144th Inch Scale Colonial Dollhouse Kit

The Colonial Style house features a large first floor patio area, a second floor balcony, and an addition The interior is designed for 7 rooms: kitchen, front hall, dining room, living room, bedroom, child’s room, and attic office. This kit includes all materials needed to completely finish the interior and exterior of the house. The wood pieces are laser cut out of maple hardwood or 1/16” clapboard siding.  Included in the kit are wallpapers, baseboards, cove moldings, and trims for the interior. For the exterior the kit includes shingles, doors, windows, railings, corner trims, gingerbread trims, shutters, window boxes, grass, bushes, foliage, and flowers. Paint and glue are not included. The instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures. Assembled dimensions of base are 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" and house is 2-1/2" tall.
